Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: software with broken seals, consumables (toner, ink), customized or special-order products, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer care team at customercare@alveps.com or +256 414 256 136 to request a return authorization. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Warranty Claims
Products covered by manufacturer warranty should be directed to the manufacturer\'s service center. We can assist you with warranty claim documentation upon request.
