Shipping & Delivery
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all addresses within Kampala and surrounding areas. Deliveries outside Kampala may take longer and may incur additional charges.
2. Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are typically delivered within 24-48 hours in Kampala. Orders outside Kampala may take 2-5 business days.
3. Delivery Costs
Free delivery is available for orders over UGX 200,000 within Kampala. Standard delivery charges apply for orders below this threshold and for deliveries outside Kampala.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation call or message with delivery details. For large orders, our team will coordinate delivery directly with you.
5. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will attempt redelivery once. Additional delivery attempts may incur a redelivery fee.
